This is great, I felt like maybe I was crazy reading it - like maybe I am living in a short bus in a parking lot in a strip mall and maybe I believe the world is filled with toxic cancer air

I loved that I couldn't figure out if this was sci-fi or not.

I love the buzz I get when I’m reading and asking and answering myself questions about the world I’ve been dropped into. My type of adrenaline rush. Excellent.

I love that that happened for you. Thank you.

Read again. The prose is thick so it takes concentration to fully appreciate its quality. It's very, very strong pov work. The dopest thing on top of the genre bend is that I wasn't ever 100 certain it's a person or a car as the narrator for much of the story because of how much you blended the language around the human and the mechanical body. Some of these people get a lot of praise on here and even when the prose is good, you can kinda see through its pretensions but u the real deal. I'm not gonna say anything condescending, but I will say Monster Truck is coming and now he gotta be even more of a champion.

Ah thank you Andrew, yes, the work does require a close read to get the most out of it, so I do deeply appreciate your considered comments here. I hope you’ll read some of my other work on Ferns of Columbo. I used a very similar voice in Abduct, Parry & Bisect, or Analgesia is another recent POV work with similar themes and stylings.

I keep hearing about it. Bring that monster. Looking forward to it.
